Nipple Itching in first week of Test E, is it possible to be gyno ?

Hi guys i injected myself with Test E 2 days ago and today i felt some itchy on my left nipple, possible to be a start of a gyno or is only my mind playing tricks with me?
Tomorrow im going to get anastrozol

I don't think 2 days is long enough for ur estrogen to rise due to the long ester.

Def not long enough. It's all in ur head. Relax take ur Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and u will be good
