    3 low carb days 1 day loading up on carbs is to basically silence the bodies alarms that go off on the 4th day. If continued without reloading carbs, your body will shut down your metabolic rate and tend to put fat on again and even cannibalize muscle in a survival instinct response to lack of nutrients. Its 3 low and 4th day high. Not 3x3. 3days of hi carbs would definitely cause hydrated weight gain. The 1 hi day is only to shut up the system that thinks you're starving. Give a shot, your belly button will week by week get closer to your spine ESPECIALLY utilizing the tummy/side thinning exercise well!
    lol, nah not $800 for one pair for a bunch haha.. I HATE shopping so I only go like once or twice a year but when I DO go I get alot of shit, it just so happens that I JUST went shopping a few weeks ago and dropped like $800 on like 12 pairs of jeans

    sorry to be pain in the ass bro but you no i was telling you last week that i was struggling to get my clomid but i had some d.bol left. well i ran out of them on wednesday and my source says its going to be monday till he can get them for me. will this have a negetive effect on my p.c.t im feeling weak and without my norm appatite. i just no i have really low test im losing like a pound every two days i hav,nt trained all wk end in fear of catobolism. will it be o.k if i start them monday i suppose my system will be ready for it i read some where people start p.c.t way to soon anyway
