ink put in some good points.i had the same type injury and had a discectomy to my l4-5.i first used a steroidiol anti inflam and some good rest stretching/pt.it helped a bunch but i was too far gone for it to totaly help.i would try a round of the meds with some stretching/pt.then by all means...

well both.close for the tris and a wide grip as your main heavy chest sets.the wider grip also hits my front delts pretty good so thats a plus as well.
