sumo deads full gear, 750# miss
reverse hypers, 2 green bands, 400lbs 3 x 10rep
ghr 2 sets to failure
1 arm rows w/band 2 x 15reps

messin w/hook grip again. 645 went up nice. 750 slipped out so i switched to over/under and missed it right at lockout. deffinately gonna switch back to hook grip to get my bar path straightened out, just needs a little more work. little or no pain, they numbed up quickly this time.

squats, breifs + belt, 505# x 3
sldl, raw, w/hook grip, 455# x 7
ghr 3 sets to failure

workout got interupted, so thats the lack of work sets on squats.
 
Nice pullin John. like i said in the othe thread you're looking pretty damn lean. Cant beleive you came back so nicely after surgery

push press, 185# 2 x 5reps
seated side lateral machine, 205# 2 x 20reps
band pull-a-parts 2 x 20reps
band push downs, 2 x 20reps
 
I always work out at 6am... up at 4:30 or 5:00... cept sunday i sleep in till 7-7:30

out of curiosity, do you still pull your sled?
