DC trained for around two years. I have to say it was some intense shit and loved it. I plan on getting back into it soon and have my split laid out. If you really look at the whole idea behind it it is a great idea. Some love it some hate it.
I will chime in for a second. Your workout def needs some improvement bud. Just looking at your back day for example, you have three rowing movements in there. Plus I dont like doing bi's on back day. Plus you only do one day of cardio? Not sure how you plan on lowering your bf that much by one...
I didnt run it until eight years after my first cycle. Lost track of cycle counts so I keep track in years now :) any who, I have to say I would much rather run a prop/test e cycle and keep it simple. I will run it again as I am running it now and have no bad opinions about it.
Hell man just have a few. No need in getting bombed. I drink on the weekends but in moderation even when I am on cycle. Does it hurt my gains? Doubt it, to me life is to short to worry about little things like that.
I love that stuff right there. I use to run it a few years back and have to say its the best I have used to date. Wish my guy over there was still around :(
Just my opinion. But what I am seeing a lot of is guys that say I want to be "big" and ripped weighing in at 190ish. Maybe my definition of big is different from some.
Why not gain a ton of muscle and ya some fat along the way then cut down later instead of trying to gain little and stay slim?
I agree with trying not to stay lean. To me it seems like everyone wants to get Big but they want to stay lean or at a certain bf%. I say pack the pounds on and then lean down.
What does your training look like as of now? Like most said it could be over training. I am curious as to your routine.
