    nice bro. thats what i run and i do have to say, it is an excellent phone. possibly was ahead of its time. just like the old palm pilots and shit a little girlish in my opinion but never the less, a great phone.

    will do bro. i was doing a similar 5x5 for the last oh, year or so but have sorta haulted progress ex BP 5x5 Incline 2x10 Flyes 2x10 Dips 1x15 so basically like this 4 days a week, chest, legs, shoulders, back. i think this new program will add some numbers to my lifts for sure
