    It should also be noted, that how frequently a person trains depends greatly on how they train. Of course a person can train a bodypart more frequently if the volume of sets and or intensity are kept in check, vs training with higher volume and or higher intensity, of course more recovery time...

    I'm suprised no one suggested to try doing less. Maybe for a 4 weeks cut back to just around 6 totall work sets for chest (excluding warm ups), warm up, then perform 2 all out work sets per exercise for 3 diff exercises. (i would suggest low incline press, flat db press, weighted dips) Also...

    Advice on how to build big calves?

    Calves Has he always trained them 2 x a week? if so, maybe he should try training them but just once a week, he has nothing to lose and maybe bigger calves to gain. My calves do far better off of training them just once every 6-7 days, w/low-moerate volume and high intensity. Stroyer

    Split Its really an individual thing, but with that being said, most do best off training each bodypart once every 7 days. If you are making better progress with your 3 way split vs your previous 4 way split, then I would most def stick with the 3 way split !! Stroyer

    Creatine...

    Creatine I use 5gr creatine + 5gr glutamine immediete post workout. With the bad rap glutamine is gettting now days, doubt I will re-up the glut once mine runs out.
