I change mine every 4 weeks works for me just fine , but I bulk , g/l bro if you are bulking pm me and I could give you one of my four week training circuits , it's simple satisfying and you gain good strength and mass once agian g/l
I heard stress can hinder your gains dont no how true it is but i would just eat good train hard sleep well and just be patient I'm sure everything will be just fine g/l
Okay I was wondering I have a doctors appointment on March 8 and wanted to get some blood drawn to check my testosterone and liver etc. so i no where i stand before I start a cycle .so my question is what type of blood panel would I ask for ???

Yea aml seems like the hot spot lately , I'm going to go with them when I start my first cycle in like 8 weeks or so , and the t300 doesn't sound like a bad idea for the first four weeks , and turn just continue the test e , g/l bro with cycle .
