1 week in and a terrible gym session?

Today i had a terrible gym session i havent had a gym session this bad since i was younger and didnt know how to diet.

I just felt no motivation , tired, no rage , weak, very long rest periods i ended up leaving early.

Could it be because i had 6-7 hours sleep?

Or could it be estrogen creeping up?

Iam on day 6 of test e 500mg a week, gained about 6lbs so far.
Pinned 2nd time ydai and arm was killing in gym.

I havent started Aromatase inhibitor (AI) yet... Should i? Was thinkin aromasin 12.5 EOD or 6.25 ED

Water intake and diet has been spot on.

Any ideas guys?
 
If you have Aromasin on hand then yeah you should take it, may be your estrogen levels rising that is making you drowsy. Realistically you wanna be taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during your entire cycle, not when side effects start to show like fatigue and man boobs.
 
Honestly that is debatable, some say to do 12.5 EoD while others say 12.5 everyday. You just have to see what works best for you and your body since everyones body is different.
 
Right does it matter what time of day i take it?

And with food or without ?

I have liquid version liquid stane
 
Food intake or fasting does nothing to change the effectiveness of exemestane, only the time it takes to reach max concentration levels but this is statistically insignificant and not worth fretting over. Time of day doesn't matter either but try and stick to same time of day if possible, to keep plasma levels as stable as possible. The half life has been reported as 27hours but at least one study found it to be ~8hrs in males so start off taking a low 6.25-12.5mg/ED dose and get blood work mid-cycle. If you find your estradiol levels are high increase dosage to 25mg/ED or try and split dosages during the day.
 
Wouldnt sweat one bad gym session where you had no jam. See how the next few go, pump some music or switch up your routine. Sometimes if a routine becomes stagnant its easy to lose motivtaion. If it doesnt change anything after a week, get some blood work done to see where your levels are at and what u may need to do to get them on point. Hope this helps
 
Just took my first shot of liquid stane 0.5ml (12.5) tasted weird.

Going to try 12.5 EOD for now see how things go
 
Take Anastrozole @0.5mgs/EOD till you start your PCT. You should've started an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) the day you first pinned. It takes 4-6 weeks before the Test E really starts to kick in so your gonna have awhile of normal feeling workouts till then. Everybody has bad workouts here and there so don't feel bad about it, just use it as motivation to have a 2x better workout the next time. Learn from the mistakes you made to fix each and every workout.
 
I'm so god damn aggro all the time it feels great ripping weights ! Haven't had a bad workout this cycle yet

About the "every one has bad workouts now and then" i totally agree and understand that, but My experience of bad workouts before was not as bad as todays thats why i was a little puzzled.

Like normaly a bad workout would be feeling bit tired but still do everything at moderate effort.

Today i just felt weak and no motivation, Couldn't be bothered getting up and finishing my sets and ive never felt like that since years! And ive never left the gym early in years!

Hopefully the Aromatase inhibitor (AI), extra Sleep does the trick.
 
warm up! if you feel like not doing anything get your head phones on play something to get you pumped and go run! running with clear your head and warm you up a bit loosin you up and get your heart and blood pumping. of course stretch but GET THE FUCK UP AND GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH!! haha i tend to over train while on cycle i always feel i recover faster than normal i hope im not fooling my self but the gains keep coming! try caffeine!
 
Bro, I wouldn't sweat it, u said ur only on day 6?...wait a couple of weeks guarantee you will not have this issues..just sit back and enjoy the ride..lol
