today shot the right quad .. and it twitched a bit but kept the needle in and actualy nly got 75 ml then had a nerve twich so io changed the spot a lil bit and injected the other 75ml..
damn prop pain in left shoulder is diminishing.. right shoulder is not so bad.
right leg ... ill see when i take this heatn pad off. lol
