I dont think ill be able to deadlift for another 7-9months until my strengthens up.
Used to be obese, so my back has bent out and i also got Osteoarthritis which is very painful when i try to do heavy seated rows/bent over rows and standing calf raises.. cant do back squats.. only front.
Going to get a personal trainer to help me get my form correct on Deadlifts, even if i start with 40kg deadlifts, its a start :/
