hello, currently on tren and prop cycle cutting, going to add in dnp on monday
1. how many weeks on dnp to loose 18lbs pure fat ?
I'm starting a DNP cycle soon so Id be interested to know this
2 run 400mg from start to finish ?
You should run 200mg for four days to test your tolerance as DNP has a 36 hour half life meaning it will build up in your blood. Take it to 400mg after four days minimum.
3 do you loose mainly just fat and not water weight
You do lose pure fat, it might not say on the scales during the cycle as you will retain a lot of water. About a week after the cycle, it should all be gone
DNP is a poison and I don't care what anyone else says. Have I run it before?? Yes. Was I a fucking idiot for doing it?? Yes. There are just far better compounds to run if you need a boost. However, again, nothing beats diet. And honestly, even if you are dead set on running something, T3 will do some magic and not be as toxic. It takes years to be smart about things but you are indeed putting poison in your body. On top of all of that, you are on Tren. That is the nectar of the Gods and you are not satisfied and you feel the need to run DNP?? Makes no sense bro at all. It is not worth damaging your organs with DNP and again I don't care if anyone says it is safe. Common sense and logic will show you it is straight poison.
Clen and t3 are nothing compared to dnp.
Main question is how many weeks do I need to run it to loose 18lbs pure fat ?
Ill be in a 1000 calorie defect on keto diet very strict.
Also I'm on day 9 of tren a and I havnt got 1 side no sweats or insomnia nothing !
don't have time to do on and off.
Will 4 weeks be realistic to loose 18lbs pure fat
First 4 days 200mg then 400mg throughout
Oh and with being in Ketosis while on DNP, you've got to watch out for hypoglycemia
Carry a pack of glucose tablets around with you just in case.
Underneath I've posted symptoms of hypoglycemia, however a lot of these can be caused by just DNP so it can be quite hard to tell... unless you check your glucose levels like diabetics do.
The main symptoms associated with hypoglycemia are:
Sweating
Fatigue
Feeling dizzy
Symptoms of hypoglycemia can also include:
Being pale
Feeling weak
Feeling hungry
A higher heart rate than usual
Blurred vision
Temporary loss of consciousness
Confusion
Convulsions
And in extreme cases, coma

Even though I'm running it in a month... I agree. However with T3 it can be very catabolic if your not running AAS, I ran it with Clen.

Hey, I can't talk crap because I ran the stuff myself. I am just saying, knowing what I know now, I would have never touched the stuff. Also, some insight on the DNP.......it can build up in your system and then cause an allergic reaction when it leaves your body. I actually had my throat close and I ended up in the hospital after I stopped the DNP. A lot of people say to have some Benadryl on hand for this because it started out as a rash all over my chest, and then 4 hours later, I was having difficulty breathing. Just keep that in mind.
Wow I haven't heard of people having an allergic reaction after the DNP, just before.
As for the T3, I have been on T3 for 2.5 years now. I will say I haven't noticed much from being catabolic. I am on 75mcg per day too. It might effect some guys if they hit the 100mcg per day mark but like I said, I have been up to 100mcg with no clen or testosterone and haven't noticed a thing. The muscles can look more flat from T3 and I think it gives guys that misconception. The catabolic issues with T3 is overexaggerated in my opinion.
Yeah I definitely think it's over-exaggerated. I ran 75mcg with clen and I don't think I lost much muscle but I did notice they went flat.
The way some people come across you'd swear you'd lose like 30 pounds of muscle on it![]()
Yeah, I mean some hypothyroid patients like myself are just on T3 only due to conversion issues with taking T4 meds so the catabolic issues are overhyped. Yeah, I ran the DNP for 12 days and then around 2 days later, I started getting a rash on my chest, then my quads, and then my temperature went to 102 and my throat started swelling shut. Some guys take benadryl with the DNP as a precaution. I wish I would have known this before I ran it.
That's mad. So what did the doctors do? Inject you with something?
