Dude honestly I don't give a shit what he does to himself. Well actually yes I do care. Kids like him are the people who give steroids the bad name they have. Yes, their are really bad side effects from using them but dumb Ass kids like him are the ones that end up in the news cus there too dumb to listen. I could careless if his nuts don't do what they're supposed to do later in life. Oh well aient me. I wish it was that easy but these dumb assess just want to be big. It's not that simple. There's precautions that need to be taken to minimize sides and help with the risk of other complications later down the road. Also with young age there has been a lot of take with the already high natural hormones and replacing them with high synthetic hormones that a lot of them get depressed very bad. Also the high estrogen levels will close growth plates. But we heard it a million times. Your done growing. We know just like how your diet is perfect too. We heard that a million times!
 
I'm 27 and still contemplating if its the right time. 18, really? If I were you, I'd just try eating a ton and lifting regularly. I think this alone would have gotten you the results you want to see had you been doing this for the last year or so. If not, it means your body wasn't developed enough to benefit from it and your body certainly wouldn't be steroid ready.

Looking at your cycle your running quite a bit of test for a first time user..also your running deca which is real harsh on any user..I suggest you cut those ml back and run 500mg of test but I'm not so familiar with deca so I don't want to lead you down the wrong path so I'll let someone else advise that one and for you to do some research on it..your not gonna die but coming off won't be the greatest with such high doses..also you may want to add some Clomid to that pct along with the nolva to help your balls recover a bit better and get the hpta movin..nolva only is ok but the combonatipn hits a few different areas of the recovery state that should help you come back a bit quicker..you need to research pct, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), deca and how to combat its sides because it's not a mild steroid..i don't know the most about deca so I can't give you much information on that half but really man look into that pct with some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) if you can get it..recovery is crucial, for keeping your gains, and health especially at your age..you want things cleared up before its too late and you look back on some things that may have made your cycle better.
 
And for the next three months your diet and training really should be improved day by day as much as you can and not slack off cause your on the juice..think about it man those few hundred dollars you want to get the most out of it and keep as much gains as possible and that takes work and dedication..just like lifting alone..diet, your routine and then your supplements..and if your gonna risk your health then you mise well get as much outta it as you can which is another reason why orals only is not the best run for your money, well being and risk to gain ratio..do it big nd do it right man
 
i am big for my age. i naturally gain fat really easy....

i have been lifting for 4 years.. it really doesnt beat me to go to the gym every day because i really enjoy lifting.

on 14 my bf was like 30+%
on 16 it was between 8-12%

that was a lot of work.

now it is in the 20's.

naturally i dont get allot of gains annymore.
when i started training my biceps were 30cm
they now are 44cm and its been there for a year...

so your doing a cycle to get bigger but you are currently already 20+% body fat. come on bro what the fuck are you doing to yourself. obviosuly your diet is terrible as gym work doesnt mate you lean, diet does. spend 150 bucks with 3j so your cycle isnt a complete waste so you dont end up like a fatter version of yourself with no balls left.

it just seems hard to follow a spesific diet as i am liveing with my parents, i have ajusted the way i eat and really dont know how much calories i eat per day.

every morning i eat meusly.. just for the dietery fibers and protein.
i eat a few eggs every day like 4-6
i eat pasta through the day usualy and i eat pasta in night or i eat like meat and veggies.. i drink like 3-5leters of water a day.
dont drink soda at all...

i rate i get fat easilly because of allot of soda and milk, i usually dranked ALLOT of that i dranked only milk and soda at one stage.

Im going to be honest with you, your diet is shit. unless you make things possible where you can eat a specific amount every week, day in day out, gradually increasing as your cycle goes on you should not be doing steroids. i would honestly suggest pulling out because your seriously going to become a fatter version of yourself, ive seen it happen alot mate believe me. pull out, start your post cycle therapy (pct) in 2 weeks time. after your post cycle therapy (pct) get blood tests 2-3 weeks after post cycle therapy (pct) to make sure u recover.

this is honestly the best advice you will get. until you can eat well, what you are doing is pointless and only harming yourself

on my diet i really dont see how i can pick up fat now... its not a special diet, but allot of the fat is cut out
 
The diet is part of this is huge. If u eat shit u look like shit.
Diet is 80% training is 15% and gear is 5% of your gains
Try to build a diet on the 40/40/20. Which is 40% carb 40% protien and 20% fat
U should know your BMR and TDEE to correctly know your cal maintance .
To get bigger eat 500-1000 cal over TDEE

Sample meal plan*

Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat

Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
55g protein / 84g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.

Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat
Workout

Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

Meal 6: PPWO

Well on cycle I only drink hard shit and diet coke. But kinda rarely at that. Seinf as I spend fricking ungodly amout of money on food and gear and safety products I would never kill my body with beer or crap soda it juice ... I do drink waist watchers soda though. It has nothing in it!!! It's like flavored water lol
