1st appointment - Urine sample

No problem man! We want to extend our boundaries out of the country but collecting money has always held us back, I am working on it though, that is partly why we accept Bitcoin now :)

We have had a bunch of guys from UK and Australia ask us for consulting services, to help them with a program that is set up by their local doctor, we can do that now :)

What about Canada?

I am VERY keen to work with you once I get my blood tests done to check prolactin etc...

How would it work going forward - do I get a program set up by my doctor and then approach you for advice/suggestions/tweaking?

Please forgive me, I'm a newcomer to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), you'll have to explain your procedures to me :)

Thanks for the question! Keep in mind we are just beginning to do this so we can alter our policies as we go forward to make sure our services are benefitting the client.

How I see it best for the client and IMT is having an entry fee for the program of about 2 BTC (due to current USD exchange rates) for the initial review of all information. Then getting some guidance or even better letting us share with you what has worked for us, then you can go to your doctor with that information. Once you get your actual program from your doctor we can not suggest that you change your program, but we can show you how to optimize the cards your dealt.

If a client would like to retain us and have an open line of communication at all times I am guessing .4 BTC per month based on current exchange rates.

This would work out to roughly 250 dollars initially and 50 USD per month.

IMT will also give the option to not do a monthly installment and and do 1 BTC per requested appointment as a fee for service each time you needed help or a follow up review.

IMT can help with all facets of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), growth hormone optimization and nutraceutical implementation, including interpretation of diagnostics.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

What about Canada?

Yes we can do this for Canada now but we only accept BTC for out of the country services. These are not hard to buy though.

Especially in Canada, they actually just announced today they are putting BTC ATM's in Canada :)

Sus 250 is a combination of short and long acting esters

Testosterone-Propionate 30mg
Testosterone-Phenylpropionate 60mg
Testosterone-Isocaproate - 60mg
Testosterone-Decanoate -100mg

It was designed for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and i believe it is said to have a half life of 15 days.

They haven't put me on anything yet WhiteDog - they have sent me for blood tests to rule out prolactin and prostate issues first. He did say if these come back clear that he intends to start me on a mixture of injections and gels/patch...

I presume he wants to combine them as he can only prescribe a set amount legally (UK) via injection, so he sees the gel/patch as a way of topping up... this is purely guesswork I must add...

From what I can gather from other UK testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) guys - they start you off with 1ml of sustanon 250 every 3 weeks and then when you complain about the obvious crash, they drop this to two weeks... obviously I'll be pushing for a weekly injection - and then once I can persuade them to let me self-administer - I'll be pinning every 3.5 days...

I'll be honest, I never got round to discussing dosages last night - I was still in shock and trying to come to terms with the fact that it's time to give up on the thought that I can provide my own! Now that I've got my head round testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), I need to make sure I'm armed with as much knowledge as I can, to get myself the best protocol I can get going forward...

I've noted your advice in the PM you sent - thanks for that buddy - and Megatron, as always, has been fantastic :)

Cheers guys, BigBen

Oh, Can anyone tell me what ester Sustanon has... I know Test cypionate is a short ester and Test enanthate a long one - but I'm unsure on Sustanon...

Dont stress my man, its not the end of the world. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) should improve your quality of life. Personally i have been put on the Testogel for a couple of months, but injections will be discussed at my next appointment. My wife is a nurse, and a hot one at that, so she can pin me.

I have quite a large collection of Testosterone just waiting for me, ready to start cycle, but i need to make sure i have all my blood work out of the way first as i don't want my Doc springing a surprise test on me and cutting me off.

OK fellas,

I've got my 1st appointment with a urologist regarding commencing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) next week... in his letter (as well as informing me of his extortionate rates) he has requested that I take with me a urine sample...

I'd just like to know why he would want this when he already has my blood test results...?

Any ideas?

Some Dr. do it because the insurance company will allow them to collect a fee for doing so (i.e. it is just another way to make $$$). Other Dr. do so as part of their risk management policy.

Thanks WhiteDog, I dare say anything could improve my life from where my libido is now...

I've just spent 2 weeks on the beaches in sunny Lanzarote surrounded by near naked lovelies and couldn't get anywhere near horny whilst taking it in - it really is time for action now....

So if the half life of Sus 250 is 15 days, I most certainly want to be pinning more often than the suggested three weeks...

I'll most certainly be raising the half life issue with him along with pinning frequency, and also querying the need to mix gels, patch and injections, which undoubtedly will all have differing esters...

lol I also have some Test in the fridge ready to commence cycle - but I've allowed myself until February to try and get all these issues sorted out first... I'm not stupid, as much as I love being 'on' - I know my sexual health comes first... I have to prioritise!

By the way, don't go anywhere guys, I have 101 'Blast and Cruise' questions ready to fire at you - I'll get these issues dealt with first lol :laugh3:

I really don't know what I'd do without 'Ology!

Thanks for all the input - so much appreciated!

Be Healthy
BigBen :)

Yep... Getting myself sorted out, then im ready for a blast and cruse myself. Have not done a cycle for 20 years. Looking forward to it.

Once you have things sorted out i believe you can alter your dose. just make sure things are back within a normal range for your annual, or 6 monthly blood tests.

Good luck

Tell me... would anyone on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) have any need for taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at all?

I'm just wondering if it would be used for more cosmetic reasons to keep gonad size?

I'm not sure what reasons besides cosmetics, but I know a few that do...

Each of the esters have different half lifes. You can look them up on Google or on this website in the Steroid Profiles at the top of your screen.

I think Sustanon (sust) is pointless...some swear it's "stronger" which is scientifically proven to be bullshit...
Test is test...problem with Sustanon (sust) is unstable blood levels due to various esters in one blend...

A lot of guys take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) while doing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). It is supposed to give a general sense of well being. There are other benefits. This has actually been talked about a lot in this testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) forum. You can go back and read old posts. Probably no need to rehash the same stuff over and over again.

The only downsides to taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) while on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) that I am aware of are: additional cost and it adds another variable to the aromatization/estradiol issue.

there are a ton of reasons to take unrelated to the cosmetic benefit :)

OK... I'll go look through the old posts for more info... if anyone can think of a good one off hand, please send me the link...

Thanks for the input guys... it's very helpful in giving me a clearer picture in my head as to what lies ahead :)

You won't have to go back to far. It is a popular topic.
