I have been exercising since 17 with my dad (learning the basics)
Consistently started working out last year
3-4 Days a week, Full body workout, 30-45 min or cardio (treadmill) Usually around 2-3 miles per day even on off days.
Supplements Currently taking: DAA,Triazole, Activate Xtreme, Ephedrine& Caffeine.
DAA,T and AX stack will be completed in 2 weeks.
Diet: Keto for the past 3-4 weeks. Last Fall I stayed out of keto and tried to Bulk (not very successful).

Planning on cycling clen for 2weeks on and 2 weeks off. No tren
Anything else specific to my diet and supplements I am already taking that I should know??
Will other people see me in class sweating/shaking?? Any other suggestions before I start? planning on getting the 40g tabs from Uncle Z
