well, im 24 i weigh 205lbs 6'1 tall 18%bf been lifting for 3 yrs now and im contemplating a 1st cycle. dont want mega gains, however want to loose the fat and gain some muscle.
do u guys think primo is an appropriate 1st cycle and if so how do u guys reccomend i take it.
