2 months after pct and total test syrum is 299. help please

thank you. that was very insightful. ive been reading that the osta can affect total test without affecting free test, lh, and fsh. I am hoping that is the case. I am taking a double dose of n2bm Bridge for a month along with 6g DAA and some tribulus and horny goat weed. After a month if my bloods don't show any recovery I will consider the trt route. Ive noticed an increase in sex drive and libido sinced starting my natural supplements. Mood has been improved as well. If anyone is interested i can report my results here when i get my bloodwork.

no interest haha ok. well i'll put it up anyway in case im right so I can be a jerk and rub it in your faces lol. just playin but ill post up new bloods in 4 weeks or so...thanks again all

This all seems pretty normal and expected. You had low test. You did steroids. Now, you still have low test. Not sure what part of the equation I'm missing. But this all seems to add up.

Agreed. But you missed a bit of the equation, he also ran Ostarine during the PCT. Another reason why I am not a fan of SARMS.

Adding in clomid or hcg on your own for a restart protocol is not as effective as having a doctor monitor you and give u exactly what u need

Well in defense of osta, I truly believe it did not hinder my pct. I think the torem and nolva counteracted any minor supression the osta may have caused. If i had dropped the ostarine maybe a few days before pct ended i think i would have been fine. My nuts were bulging at the end of pct and felt just fine. I think it's the fact that i continued osta beyond pct that resulted in skewed test results. If this in fact the case perhaps next time around i will start osta a couple weeks before pct that way it kicks in just in time for pct then drop it in the last week of pct and run a low dose clomid the next 4 weeks after. Not gonna lie the osta in pct was fantastic for leaning out and keeping most of my muscle from cycle.

ive been researching trt literally all day for the last 2 days. It really seems amazing. I do want to have kids someday so if i have to go the trt route i will have sperm frozen and try to get presxcribed hcg to keep the boys workin. I almost want to just go get checked out now and get on trt instead of seeing if i will recover naturally lol. I am almost hoping that my levels are still low in a month so i can get on this stuff. I've heard nothing but good things. I can honestly say I know all the facts on this subject and If i do decide to go this route, i will bring research to my doctor and make sure everything is done right. We all know how "knowledgeable" doctors can be on this subject

Are you hinting trt?

I think more like hinting go see a doctor to get him to monitor your levels as he prescribes your hCG then Clomid to get your own natural production back up. Which if fails, TRT maybe on the cards especially considering you were already low.

lol I just meant see a doctor. TRT is the last option you want to do right off the bat.

^This. Not going to blow smoke up your ass, it definitely looks like a case of primary to me as mentioned above. But then again, I don't have those fancy MD letters after my name either.

haha ya that's what im going to do if my next bloods don't show recovery. if it is primary then neither hcg or clomid will be much help but we'll see what the doc has to say. i am starting to feel better on my natural supplements (n2bm bridge, DAA, tribulus) and i'm getting pretty bad acne on my back and shoulders which may indicate a fluxuation in hormones which could be a good thing. again bloods will tell.

I got handed some bunk pct meds couple years ago and ended up at 300 for a few months.. Tried a restart cycle of Clomid 100/100/100/100 nolvadex 40/40/40/40.

Thanks to rui products- Year later my test is cruising from 850-950 and I feel great

just thought I would share my restart protocol.

hah i actually used rui's torem and nolva for this pct. Since my bloods show primary hypogonadism instead of secondary, using clomid/ other drugs to increase my lh wont help since my nuts arent responding. (if I am indeed primary after my next bloodwork)

Some times I think feeling better is just adjusting to low testosterone levels. Some times that is the case if your not really recovering. Right now I just stopped my month of clomid and still have 2 weeks of nolvadex left and I am hoping I recover to at least 400 Ng/dl. Sadly steroids is one of the only drugs that you end up having to do for the rest of your life if you use them wrong once.

Some of it has to do with genetics some of it has to do with people getting greedy and wanting more and more gains. Their does come a point for each and every one of us where side effects will happen. Honestly the key is to use the least amount of steroids and make your main priorities diet and work out routines. After cycling for a long time I feel like TRT to a degree would be so much easier but that is where the real long term health problems can effect some one if they are not 100% dedicated to the life style. Also the build up of steroids over a extremely long time can have entirely new side effects that you never experienced before. So lol make TRT your last choice. It would be better to see a doctor and do things the hard way and right way than take it into your hands at this point when your testosterone levels are this low. The quicker the problem is corrected the better chance you have of recovering why waste time no matter how smart we think we are a doctor still has a degree.

thank you. i agree. i'm going to see what a doc says. I'm not going to push trt but if thats what he recommends then i certainly won't argue. If i am actually primary hypo then wouldn't that be something that was wrong before i even cycled? i can see how cycling can cause secondary hypo but not primary...

ok i am headed to the doc's today. Im bringing my blood test results and a ton of articles/research in case he puts me on trt i wanna at least make sure i get what i need with it (hcg/hmg/AI). I got tired of waiting I want to at least see if there's any improvement and if there is a more effective way to recover that my doc can help me with. Ill be on later with an update. Thanks again all!
