2 months after pct and total test syrum is 299. help please

Dude IMT is great and all, but i highly doubt your insurance will pay for "online trt docs" lol

Id see endo or urologist first before you make any serious moves

Yea I understand that. I was just wondering if I could get my urologist to take over if I drop imt's services first. If I tell him I'm on trt and it's working for me maybe I could ask him to write a prescription if I drop Imt. Know what I mean?

so now that i'm starting trt...i understand that I will have to keep an eye on hematocrit and possibly donate blood every now and then. Should I just donate every month and a half or so to be safe? or should I keep an eye on blood pressure and use that to determine when i should give blood? or should I use bloodwork to decide if my hematocrit is too high?

You can check where you Hematocrit is via bloodtests... You will only chase your tail when trying to guess where your Test, E2, HCT levels are at.

So after waiting a month for my apointment with the urologist....i told him i was prescribed test and am paying out of pocket and asked if he could give me a similar protocol so it could be covered under my insurance. He proceeded to tell me that he will not treat me because 346 TT and 79 FT are completely normal. He then told me that trt WILL give me prostate cancer and i told him that myth was debunked a few years ago. After a brief argument he told me that urologists don't treat low test. I got up immediately, thanked the guy for wasting my time and left. Thank god for IMT! did my first injection yesterday!

You did the right thing lol. Stick with IMT, why go through the hassle for no reason. IMT will look after you, I'm sure.

Imt is fantastic. The only reason I bothered trying to get it covered is because I make 15 bucks an hour right now with 800$ a month student loan payments and soon I will have a rent payment. It's gonna be rough for a while till I start makin some dough. Can't put a price on quality of life though!

Are you recommending a restart? Cuz I'm already set on trt. I'm aware of the risks and made an educated decision.

just got bloods done and 2 months out of pct my total serum testosterone is 299. LH and FSH are within the normal range 4.8 and 4.0 respectively. Estradiol 18.7. In my pct i ran torem 120/90/60/30 and nolva 20/20/20/20 along with osta 25mg/day then continued it 4 weeks after pct t 15mg/day. Im about 1 1/2 months off the osta but i'm thinking that the osta hindered my recovery. I've read mixed reviews on osta during pct. some recovered fine and some didnt. i feel fine but the bloods don't lie. body weight is still close to what it was on cycle with slightly more fat but strength has stayed pretty consistent since pct. Started DAA this morning and ordered two bottles of n2bm bridge and will be taking tribulus and horny goat weed as well. Will get bloods done in about six weeks. how does that sound? or should i get on a serm? i have nolva on hand, hcg and adex, should i stick with the natty boosters or use the heavier stuff? i have a cycle ready to go in may and i want to be all squared away before i do so.

I would break out the hcg and clomid friend. I am new to this board and I don't know if you guys like using naturals or not. If you do, more power to you, but when you get bloods back 2 months after pct and you see something like this, its time to take more effective action to get your test up a bit more.

It's just me, but I have always use hcg and clomid in my pct, or ran a reduced dose of hcg during my cycle and clomid and nolvadex for pct. I have been doing cycles for 15 years and it has always worked for me.

I have been reading up on the use of clomid 2-3 times a week at a small dose for guys to use to boost natural testosterone levels, for those who have been using test for trt and it is looking good. I would also suggest a longer pct next time. Sometimes depending on your age, how long you have been using AAS and length of your cycle you may need to stretch it out a couple of weeks more to be effective. What you don't want is to have low test levels. You are on the low end of the spectrum and that plays hell with keeping those gains you have made busting your ass in the gym to get.

Hope this helps brother, good luck.

thanks for the reply man. idk if you read the whole thread but I decided to go the trt route. Did my first shot thursday. my T was low for a few years and i was ready to make a change.

Yes. A very confusing history of anabolics use. Ran osta at 21 and never felt right since. It's been three years since and ran a few other things. Test was 419 at 21 and is in the low 300s now. Ill put up a thread in a few weeks an update it monthly.

PCT and TRT Question

Your best bet is to wait it out and stay away from any hormones... or go to a doctor.

I was going through the posts and I was hoping to get some advice on a pct issue. I took several different kinds of prohormones for over a year with a month or so off in between. I stopped taking them due to having stiffness in my muscles. I have been off of them for 4yrs. I did not perform any pct since I was told that I didn't need to and I believed them since they had taken roids for years while competing. Anyways, I got checked out last year and my test was 228 out of a 327-827 scale, I did a power pct minus hcg and got my levels to 600 out of the same scale. After about 8 weeks they went down again to 172 and lower when I crashed, which has happened prior to my taking supplements since the symptoms were very similar. Not long after that I found out that I have sleep apnea, which may explain why my htpa never recovered fully. Since then I have been taking 25mg of clomid daily for a few months now, and using a cpap for the last two months. I plan on using some different combos of serms like ralox, and torem if another power pct does not work, and triporelin if those do not work either. Can anyone give me some extra advice? Btw here are my last labs

FSH 12.8 (1.5-12.4)

Testosterone 624 (249-836)

Free Test 145 (47-244)

Percent free Test 2%

LH 22.7 (1.7-8.6)

Prolactin 14.2 (4-15.2)

Estradiol <5 (8-43)

SHBG 27 (10-80)
