2 to 2.5 bw squat in 3 months routine?

Skinny cunt here at 6' 185 with a 2x bw squat. Would a 500lb squat @200 be too much to ask for in 3 months ass.? Train legs 3x/wk w/o deads or 2x/wk w deads? Ideas/input?

a big jump in squat is possible by adding body weight and better squat technique.
squat only 1 time per week , deadlift only 1 time per week . its easy to overtrain legs.

what part of a squat do you fail , at the top or bottom ? are you unable to come back up with the weight or does the weight fold you over causing you to lean forward to much ?

Bottom. Fail a couple inches after coming out of the hole around parallel. Just need to get stronger.
