20 inch thighs...

ok guys i asked in one of my other threads how do i get my legs bigger specially my thighs..most of u said do heavy squats and leg press..seems like because of the squats my thighs got tighter not bigger.. i am 5.7 180 my gf has nick named me johnny bravo i look big on top and have sticks for legs..what do i do..my biscep is 3 inches smaller than my legs..i would appreciate some advice..
 
when did you ask this? UNless it was a year or two ago, give it some time. Could be your not training them correctly and eating properly.
 
my thighs barely even get sore from squats, just my ass and hams hurt. You should probably do leg extensions too and squeeze for a few seconds when you're fully extended to shape the muscle, same for ham curls.

I just do squats for overall body strength and bignisity. My legs have gotten bigger but I only do squats. I think theyd get a lot bigger if I did extensions and curls.

Your legs are probably tight because you dont stretch enough after your workout.
