hey... i just started my first cycle of test enanthate... ive been lifting for a lil over 3 years now... i started lifting in highschool... was in a lil competition... benched 235 and weight 132 lbs... since then ive added alot more muscle and have focused more on other body parts... but anyways heres my pics...

no pix of the chicken legs... there horrible looking.. really strong though... but very tiny... lol ive been hitting them really hard though the past 3 months or so... getting close to 22 inches... lol

put on some good overall size. I would have waited to run a cycle because at 20 years of age i got the best natural gains and now i am 23 and happy i waited cause i gained all the size i need before a cycle. With that being said and you having a good base now you should train natural for ahwile and see what kind fo gains you can get. I would like to know the dose that you ran along with the post cycle therapy (pct) you used for your cycle.
 
i just started the cycle last week... so all this is previous natural gains.. i;m running 250mg test e twice a week for 10 weeks... i have clomid and nolva for pct.... i know i prolly shoulda waited... but i wanted to do it about a year ago...lol and i said to myself ima wait.. ima wait.. and now.... i just can;t wait... lol
 
O, my mistake i thought these pictures were taken after cycle. In that case very nice work and best of luck on your cycle. At 20 i had a similar build to you and we are about the same height. I am still light in the leg department so don't make the mistake of not training them young because then you will end up like me.

yeh i did alot of legs in hichschool... mainly cause i was forced too.. ahha but yeh my legs aren;t weak at all.. just on the smaller side i guess...
 
you have a great base to build from that's for sure, you obviously watch your diet. 20 rep squats should help those legs, and squats will make your whole body grow!!

Genetics would be the first tip for that waistline....LOL - seriously dude you have a great build! awsone V taper - excellent work on the diet - you are super lean - pack on some poundage and you'll be really impressive - props!
 
hahah yeh whats so funny is i never do cardio really... and i only do abs once a week.... but i do watch what i eat.... i think alot of it just has to do with genetics and my body type... i;m just always gonna be a lean person

LOL - just kidding - congrats on winning the genetic lotto! you are lucky in that respect but you obviously get plenty of good nutrition & exercise - keep it up bud & you'll be a brolic beast!
 
How many days a week you go to the gym ?

i usually go like 4 to 5 days...... i do like chest and tris on monday.... then legs tuesday... then off wed... then back and bis thurs... then abs and forearms fri... then shoulders and traps sat.... somedays i can;t go so i have to change around the days a lil bit....
 
well i must say 20 ya lookn pretty good good frame and prop grown muscles ..there is nowhere to go but up bro ...test is best........what ya got planned next..ps..i FUKN HATE WORKN OUT LEGS.LOL but i got to do it....keep it up bro

i dunno if i wanna do another cycle... i know ive only been on it for about 4 weeks now.... and i just havn;t seen any dramatic results... i know how to eat and lift... but i guess it just hasn;t fully kicked in yet... i dunno
