... after my last workout.

I got a new job at the end of last summer and since, my training hasn't been spot on like it should. The weird thing is that I look the best I have ever looked. I can still see abs, my muscle look very full, etc
I've finally settled down in my new job and it's TIME TO GET HUGE!!!!!

My goal is to add a minimum 20lbs by the end of the year. I have had some help late last year and I am going to incorporate all the stuff he showed me and see where that takes me.

I was gonna say I shit that big this morning but I did not want to make him feel bad...
 
There have been a lot of 150lbs guys in the anabolic forum lately. Funny how you don't often see those guys in the training forum.

226 lbs....now THAT is more like it. I hear the weight gains get harder and harder as you get bigger, so I think 20 lbs is a tough goal. But if your body _can_ do it, then I don't doubt you may reach that goal. Good luck!

thats cause their dumbass routines dont work and they know it. adding drugs to make them work makes it worse.
 
up to 201 now just one 400mg sa test/ 400mg eq and 300g protein per day, prolly 200g carbs, 80 g fat. ive lost another inch off my waist, at 33 now and at 5'8 im carrying pretty good size. ive got alot of work to do on my mid section, but hey i was 5'8, 235 and 38 this time last year. arms 18 inch, quads up to 28 chest 49. second week on this cycle. im saying ill be a sold 215 with 32 waist before i finish, t3 and clen working good although im puffing air trying to cardio my 3 miles /day, hehe still sweating REALLY Well
 
lol hijack threat... easto im sure once u get back into your routine youll grow fast enough .. whats the biggest you have been?
 
i know youre not directing the post following mine at me, but id like to chime in..i want to be a solid 225 at 5'8 with a small bone structure..This may take me til I am 40, but I have lots of time and a hard training ethic. Goal: 20 inch arms, 50 chest, 28 quad, 31 waist..tested my bf and im back at 13% with most of it on my stomach..beer is a necessity for me, switched to bud select 3 carbs hehe. I think if i tune up my running to 4 miles a day I can shred the rest or just move it around with this cycle. I know I am supposed to eat up on a cycle, but I'm looking to gain my strength back to where it was and to cut fat. Therefore, I am going to work on the hardness and with that comes lower food intakes and harder cardio. :)

As far as weight, I've been about 230 but I was no where as lean as I am now.

Basically my bodyweight hasn't went up at all over the last year. What has happened is I lost about 15lbs of fat and gained 15lbs of muscle. Best trade I've ever made :D

I'm thinking about throwing up some pics... we'll see.
 
if you want to really shread some fat try to incorporate some sprinting in your cardio. walk a minute then sprint a minute till you can't go no more. i have decreased my minutes per mile doing this and also have really started trimming my gut.

Its hard to see us, we are very small... This thread was a tease I thought it was his new Squat PR :)
