hello mates im a 24 year old guy looking for some sound advice. I have been looking for advice on what to run for my first cycle. My goal is to gain lean muscle weight and hold off on the water retention and sides. i am currently on a carb cycling diet to cut for about 2 weeks now. i keep reading that test prop is a great way to go. Also if you have any suggestions please leave samples of how much to run and for how long. stats are down below.
