24 year old looking for advice.

hello mates im a 24 year old guy looking for some sound advice. I have been looking for advice on what to run for my first cycle. My goal is to gain lean muscle weight and hold off on the water retention and sides. i am currently on a carb cycling diet to cut for about 2 weeks now. i keep reading that test prop is a great way to go. Also if you have any suggestions please leave samples of how much to run and for how long. stats are down below.


5'9in
210 lbs
20% bdy fat.
kneck 16in
chest 40in
waist 37
thigh 25.5
calves 17
forearm 13
 
All u gotta do is research Test E only first cycle using the search bar.. Trust me there are a million threads like this.
 
honestly man it would be good to lose some more body fat before u consider cycleing, try to get down to 15% or beloew first . then best suggestion would be test only first cycle - test E . prop can be very harsh on virgin mucles and requires frequesnt injections which is not ideal when u are not used to proper procedure yet . just test e , do some research on it , come up with a cycle and when u have it doine post it so we can critique it . an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will be needed to control estrogenic sides like bloat , gyno , high blood pressure and much more . research these

I was looking for similar results as you with a similar body type (5'10, 220, 20.5% BF to start) and had great results with 12 weeks of test prop and 8 weeks of Anavar, with arimidex, clomid, and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on hand to control sides. Those who know more than me are suggesting Test-E over prop, but I liked the short span for a first cycle with being able to clear everything out of my system quickly if I got sides.

Yep that's exactly what u should do!!! Now, be sure not to listen to anyone's experienced advice on here ok? Just do exactly what u think u should do with all the experience u have with AAS.... SMH

Tren will give you sides which you stated you didn't want. So tren is out of the question. Stick with a test only for your first cycle. You can choose test e, test c or prop. You can add more items down the road. More isn't better especially for the first cycle with Virgin receptors. You have a lot of research to do so get on it. Sounds like you need to work on your diet as well.
 
i am currently on a high protein/ carb cycling diet at this point i started out at 234 and am down to 210 right now so weight loss is still in process
 
lol guys critique and advise me gaining wisdom will only help me further to reach my goals but any tidbit to lead me in the right direction would b greatly appreciated

also im not looking to bulk up im looking to aid my fat and weight loss but also hold onto what i have.

Bro u were given the answer to your question already but u are disregarding it. RESEARCH TEST E ONLY FIRST CYCLE.
