I have been at it for 25 years and rarely find the patience anymore. you try to help a lot of these young fellas at the gym, or online and they think they already know everything, so I don't know why they bother asking in the first place. I'm 42 but sometimes feel 82 when I start getting pissed with these stupid fckers. at least a few of them listen.
