Hi,

To preface this, I had an undescrnded testicle and had it removed as an infant. I only have one testicle and an 25 years old. I had blood work done a month ago looking for causes for low energy, a lot of abdomen fat, loss of libido, ED, testicle shrinkage, depression, lack of confidence, you name it. My Test levels came back at 267 on the first test. I was referred to a urologist and last Wednesday was tested for FSH, LH, Testosterone and Prolactin. I called today and received the results but wasn't able to get the ranges. Here are the numbers I received today.

FSH - 46.37
LH - 14.3
Total Testosterone - 245
Prolactin - 6

Is this consistent with primary hypo and should I expect TRT with these numbers? I will update with ranges when I get a copy of the labwork but just wanted a general idea of what to expect. I go back to the urologist next Wednesday, the 29th. Thanks in advance!

Yea it is but its hard to be sure. I personally would do a HCG stimulation test to diagnose primary hypogonadism. Its the only way to know for sure.

But I will say with your numbers its highly probable.
