So here it goes
I am not here for a lecture from online "experts" which seems to be the norm for every post in which someone asks for advise.
So lets start here: Daily Diet
and seriously it doesnt vary much
up at 5:45-eat somewhere between 6:10-6:45
2 scoops ON 100% Whey protein (chocolate peanut butter) blended with 1 banana and 12oz bottled water
multivitamin
bcaa
cup of green tea
8:45-9:15(ish)
-3 hard boiled eggs, usually ditch the yoke as i hate them...or is it yolk
-few small peices of melon
11:00-11:15(ish)
handful of mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews all unsalted)
green tea
bcaa/cla/liver protect
12:30(ish)
bowl of soup or tomato and cucumber sandwich on rye
2:15-2:30ish
raw mixed veg
can of tuna
BCAA/CLA
4:30-4:45ish
apple sauce (natural not the sugar added kind)
mixed nuts again
6:30-6:45
(dinner is made for me as i live in a work camp environment. try to stay away from too much pasta etc but this is where my diet varies)
7:30
Nano Vapor or 1mr
8:00
Gym
9:30
half a protein bar (120 cal)
BCAA
Liver protect
or
i scoop cassin protein in water (120 cal)
At least 8 500ml bottles of water
so while not perfect this diet helped me go from 250 down to 190lbs over the course of the last year. i should note i love cookies and cheat sometimes. its also not good for me to get near a wendys.
so as it stands:
24, 6'0, 206lbs
Bodyfat: 16%
not too bad but could use a touch of cutting in the love handles thats for sure.
Arms, legs, back all ripped, chest a bit of fat, and as mentioned, soft lovehandles.
Previous cycle:
40mg Anavar ed
.5m sust 450/.5m test eth 300 /w
(sust 450 hurts like a fucker, even at .5)
i took one am one pm var and injected wednesday
so i did this cycle under the guidance of an experienced user who is a diet/sups nazi and gives me a hard time about every cookie or peice of bread i eat. it worked great and after cycle i have stayed at the 203-210lbs range and havent lost much at the gym besides maybe some energy.
Here is what i need as far as advice goes:
I have access to the following substances
-Sust 450
-Test Eth 300
-Primo 250
-Anavar 20mg
-Nolvadex 20mg
Im thinking of running the same cycle as before (10 weeks) but i dont know how to structure it, or how to add the primo to it as ive been told/read that it is an excellent compound. as i dont think i am prone to Gyno, will i need Clomid? what about HcG for post cycle therapy (pct), a must? i can access it however i do not have it on hand like everything else.
Should i actually be taking nolva during cycle as i get mixed info between internet/real life
any other positive feedback/advice would be greatly appreaciated, bashing- please enjoy your time elsewhere as i wont read the negative.
