I'm 5"7 175 workin out solid for 3 years 11 percent body fat and this is my first post. I got some garbage gear and I've been on it a month and gained maybe 5 lbs..yeAh highly pissed. But I've now got some good gear I'm sure of it and just wanna know what u guys think on how it's is best to take it. EQ 250 T 400 and thinkin 50-100mg anadrol first 4 weeks. I've got a good diet some where around 3200-3600 calories nothin but good carbs and chicken breast I've got 80lbs in the fridge. Would love some good feedback!
