3 day routine?

my hair dresser was asking me if i could find her a 3 day training program to tone up i mean she looks good but has room for a bit of improvement so i told her i would look into it.. any girls here have any good 3 days routines or know a place where i could find one thanks alot roabs
 
Well there are three day splits posted all over the training forum if you use the search function and look for them. As for her specific situation of wanting to "tone up"? I'd have to know what she's doing now to make any kind of recomendation.
 
what i used to do with my clients that were time and day restricted is partial/full body workouts...
for example:
day 1: Upper body
day 2: Lower body (2 day rest)
day 3: Full body

or just keep rotating upper to lower every other workout day...

Training would be weights (~30) mins followed by cardio (~30)...
