Basically getting good gains on heavy drop-sets(4 sets of 6 is one set) training two body part a day. 27 too much? Example: My back day would consist of heavy Rows/6reps x 4sets, then the same w curls, then finish with abs 3x12-20reps. Next week same, just with pull-ups instead of rows. With 20-30 HIIT/cardio before weights. Training for size. overtraining?

I would say NO especially if your saying that your getting some decent gains. Remember, the larger muscles need more training then the smaller muscles (bi's, tri's, parts of the back, etc). Each body is different so you just have to do what works for you. If your getting stagnent in your training just mix it up a little bit.

Wondering how to get the most out of my dropsets... reps of 8, 5, or 3? looking for size and strength
