300 workout

Well, I was on digg.com and came across this. tried it for a week (mon-thur) and nearly called in to work (fri/sat/sun):

300 rep spartan workout

I figured, meh...seems to easy, but after replacing my usual running or cycling cardio with lowest setting on the row machine for cardio, as he stated in the video here...

...It was nowhere near easy. and what killed me was the things I thought would be the easiest, like the 2' box jumps and floor wipers (and i didn't even use 135 lbs for the floor wipers). If anyone else is bored with their workout and willing to try this out for a week, lemme know what you think. I did it in the same order with rests, and still got that wonderful throw up feeling about half way through the box jumps.
