I am currently on test c 300 and deca 300mg taking in a 2:1 ratio. I am about 150lbs, gained around 8lbs in 5 weeks on cycle so far, but im trying to trim up the midsection. I agree I dont work abs much so im lacking but I am currently in Iraq so im limited on my diet and im trying to gain weight to get to a solid 165 or so, any suggestions on my diet or training?

I have a workout split as follows and stick to mostly heavy weight 6-8 reps.
