As far as clman goes who knows, before was hit and miss with me and him like some others but they all seemed to drift from my post now, but staying humble helps as I could careless what they thought on my bulk, it did bug me abit but put it to good use motivation wise to strive to lean out for the summer, and even took a few months off this site to replunish myself and just solie focus on myself on what I gotta do

Now when it does come time to bulk again with starting out with lower bf I will look a lot better then I did before, no doubt about it, will still keep it somewhat lean staying in a good bf percentage on my bulk when the time comes, but def not affraid to put on abit of fat on a bulk tho :) and eat, haha, somehing I love to do haha

Just remember when you clean bulk you only want to exceed your maintance calories by about 500 calories - no more or it will convert to fat putting you back where you started . Theres a fine line between gaining muscle & gaining muscle with fat too. I know , I've screwed up many a cut by "over-bulking".....Been there-done that ~Bo
 
Agreed bro, learned the hard way myself too, would rather chop in 5 to 6 weeks then 16 weeks anyday of the week lmao
 
Hi Matt :) count me out. Not on cycle. Just staying at a lean 240 for the summer. I might run some test this winter though.
 
Very good pumps tonight, did chest and biceps, did a lot of drops sets, and very slow negatives and pause at the bottom to get that full stretch
Hammered biceps, big pumps where my biceps hurt after a set, veins really popping out today, new ones appearing lol, got a lot of stares and comments as well, one was looks like your going to exsplode lmao, great feeling and keeps me motivated!

Went to docs yesterday, they did a mri, and found out I have a torn lcl ( fibia) not bad, could be worse, but nomore squats, have to wear a knee brace, but glad to hear that I dont need sugery
Still gonna hit them once a week, just leg presses, leg extensions, ham curls, and chalf raises, light but high reps, better then nothing ;) till the tear gets better, my doc said u can still work your legs but lightly and " no squats"

weight this morning was 194 at 5'7" , bodyfat i don't know . What i do know is that i started 3j's cutting diet about 10 days ago and i lost already 5-6 pounds
 
Nice, keep up the good work brother, flushing out the water first few weeks, then the body fat chop begins :)
Gear up for a 10lbs loss or greater the first few weeks dieting lol
Lost around 12lbs the first 2 weeks then averaged around a 2 or 3lbs loss per week, about 1/2" off waist line round 1%-bf loss per week, started out with a 39" waist line after my shitty dirty bulk, down to a 32" waist line now :)

test propionate 350 a week
masteron propionate 350 a week
tren acetate 350 a week
primobolan depot ( the real thing ) 600 a week
parabolan ( tren hex ) 2 amps a week
proviron 50mg ed

did bloods before starting and everything was good

have some winny tabs , will add them the last 3-4 weels
