4 weeks in.. advice?

The Legend
So i'm currently on a bulk with test e for my first inj. cycle. started at 198-200 at 7.5% bf. Almost 4 weeks in and i'm hovering around 204. Starting to get a little nervous about the strength of the gear (or diet or training(). Or should I be happy with results so far since its still kinda early?

now i know most of you will point to diet. so i figured I'd include not only caloric intake but also macros. My diet is pretty stable so it has been the same all four weeks.

any diet advice, training advice (still using a split routine), other advice would be extremely appreciated.

4 weeks in you will just begin to start seeing results. Thats why 12 weeks are recommended. Give it time to work. Over then next two weeks you should have some good strength gains but diet and training have to be a factor and remember it's not a miracle you have to train even harder while on to benefit from what it provides in terms of recovery.

eth takes a while to build up , 5 pounds isnt great but its respectable at 4 weeks . keep an eye out you may have to up your calories a little .

note when your weight goues up so does your caloried requirement , thats why many people hit a wall when on cycle and blame that whole receptor downregulation nonsense .
the bigger you are the bigger you have to eat. especially in your case , at a low bodyfat you dont have the reserves that some do.

Yeah I was planning on upping it about 200 cals every 5 pounds. Thanks for all the responses guys. And i'm hoping I have enough for 13 or 14 weeks, We'll see though.

I've been trying to avoid the temptation to weigh myself more than twice a week.

slow and steady wins the race bro. weight that comes on slowly tends to stay better than quick gains , your body has time to adjust to the new weight that way.

hang in there bro...keep eating big big then bigger.......you sound like you have some sense to roll on......stick with it.....keep us posted on your gains over the next couple weeks.......

I just like to weigh myself once a week or once every two weeks. i know i'm gaining weigh that's all that matters to me.

It's almost that time where your going to love it lol.

I know your gear is not under dosed, so the problems are somewhere else. You still need to give it time to work but are you positive on your caloric intake? If so you may need 4000 to 5000 to gain properly.

Yeah I've decided to up the cals from 3600 to 4000 starting Sunday. Gonna go for a half cup of almonds a day as a snack. no salt added almonds of course.

I've used Spartan many times. Always great results and Everyone I know who uses it has loved it. How's your strength?

strength has improved a little. Im gonna plan on updating over the next two weeks and see where im at, by then i should be seeing some dramatic results.

Dont get too concerned with "dramatic" results.

Test doesnt work that way for me. I think people expect too much from their first cycle. Sure you can add 15-20lbs but I guarantee alot of that is water.

I tend to lean up on test alone. Strength is big though, you should see some dramatic results from that real soon. One day you will just walk in to the gym and you will bust out like 4 more reps than usual. Thats when you will visibly see changes.

Exactly. And stay off the scale man. You can totally transform your body and not gain a pound the whole time. And I would add more than almonds to your diet. If the weight is that important then u need to eat anything and everything u can. If u get you get a little extra fat don't worry about it until your cycle is done because the more weight u put on the stronger u will get. Good luck and stay focused.
