4000+ Cals, 400carbs, 300Pro. Overkill?

Stats:

195Lbs
8% Bf
23 Years old
Lift 5 days a week, cardio 10-20 minutes after lifting.

Curently, trying to bulk, (On test and Tren).

I am aming for 4k cals, as I was taking in 36-3800 recently, and didnt put on any weight, so anyways...

I have been aming for 400 carbs, 300 protein, which will but me at about 150 grams of fat at the end of the day. Is that a bad breakdown?


For a bit more detail. This is very general of what my diet has been...

Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Whey Protein
Yougurt

Lunch:
Subway ovenroasted chicken footlong

Snack: Preworkout
Protein bar
Creatine shake

Dinner: Post workout
Whey protein
Creatine shake
yogurt


Last meal:
3 eggs
Nuts
Milk

according to my calculations your tdee is about 3300 calories.. so your right about where you wanna be..

now its a matter of what you eat!

have you ever thought about hiring a nutritionist?
 
I havent, I mean, I am by no means a bodybuilder, however, I thought I had the diet aspect some what figured out. I just got my BF checked, Im at 195 lbs and 7.5%.

I just feels like I am eating alot, and the scale isnt going up much. I am considering 4500 cals?
 
I don't think this is overkill. I need more calories than that just to maintain at 213 lbs right now. BTW your diet looks like shit and I don't see how you came up with that many calories from just that. Lose all that whey protein and protein bar and eat some real food.

I dont know how that can add upto 4000 calories I eat double this and im at 4500-5000 calories a day.

Too many shakes in here for me too. Get some meat down your neck :)

You want at least 5 meals a day aswell.

If you want to benefit with the best diet advice going, hire 3j.
 
I agree with Meat and Long, how the hell do you get 4000Cals out of that diet?????? I am carb cycling and cutting ATM and i eat more than that and I'm 6"2 @ 195.

And how do you get 300 carbs from that? looks more like 200 max.

How not? For the oat meal, I am having a cup and a half, which is 70+carbs, the creatine shakes are 46 carbs a piece, a footlong sub is 114 carbs, the "nuts" is trail mix which is 15 carbs per 1/4 cup, I eat a half cup, the protein bars are 30 carbs a pop! The milk is 13 carbs a cup, I drink 2 cups, and lets not forget the couple yogurts...Beleive me, I am getting well over 400 carbs some days, and this was just an example, I am eating more now...

I can buy the carbs - but 4k calories? Are you sure man? I am eating around 4500 per day and I eat waaay more. Have you tried using fitday.com? Just trying to help brother.

Thanks man, and like I said, this was a VERY rough typical day. I didnt add every detail, for instance I usually put PB in my oat meal, which is another 200 cals, and little things like that. I probably shouldnt of posted that "day" up. I was more woried about the macro question in general, for someone my size, (195lbs 7%bf) is this enough or to much, again MACRO wise. I have recently started aimin for 5k calories a day, and I literlly am like force feeding myself! I am scared I am just gonna add fat, but at 4k cals I was seeing NO weight gain....

Type your diet into fitday.com and post it. I don't buy it. And you have way too many shakes in there.
 
Side note: I need to eat more MEAT, but Idk the calories and what not in much other than ground burger, and chicken breast.

Does anyone know of a chart that has all beef, pork, chicken nutriton facts? Like of the different cuts of beef ect.?
