Hey guys, I started with 1cc eod first week, then bumped up to 1.5 eod. Getting nice lean gains, wondering if I could go to 800 week with more results or stay steady at 450-600 week which I'm at now. Zero water, and up 15lbs and noticeable strength gains.
It's working great and I have 8 weeks left. Wasting my time bumping up more or what you think ?
