Second Leg Workout went a lot better this time. After trying the 5X5 for the my legs earlier this year I was not happy with my quad growth or my Squat Form in the last 2 sets (4th and 5th).

I also found that I was completely drained from going balls to the wall at my max for so many work outs in a row... it led to overtraining.

So I do not think I will dedicate my Squats to a 5x5 approach this time around but will play with a progressive overload with 3x8.

... still very very tired, but my form did not suffer nearly as much on the 20-24th reps as it was during the 5x5, but that could be the lighter weight. I'm never happy with my form on anything remotely heavy.

... killed, sadly my energy levels were killed and not my legs.

... and I left like the weak sorry ass I am.

Today my quads are nice and toasty though, I'd give the feeling a good 7 out of 10.

I'm thinking about hitting calves today since they didn't really get anything yesterday

I'm thinking I'll pop an ephedrine or something prior to my next leg workout to keep it intense til the end.
