Alright fellas, trying to lean up quick and I figured the only way to make sure it will happen is to follow a 3J diet.
Goal:
10% or better
time frame: now til Sept 2nd
Will be following a 3J diet to the T and cardio 2x a day.
Stats and Pics
Height: 6'3
Weight: 245
Body fat%: 13.1 (so says the calipers)
Lean mass: 213
Fat mass: 32
BMI: 30.6
Cycle:
Prop/tren/masteron/var
will post more pics in 2 weeks, and right before trip.
