5 weeks to vegas, cycle and 3J diet.

its going great man, still losing the fat.

its weird, but the right side of my belly is going faster than the left, it looks like i got som sort of fucked up lypo. lol
 
For as good as your advise is I pictured you to be in way better shape.
Anyways, love the 3rd pic cause your girl looks nice in her underwear.
She looks like she eats pretty good too, but overall not bad... I approve.

Maybe favoring one side during ab work outs? That started happening to me so for 3 ab training sessions I had someone constantly punch me in the stomach while working out so I would squeeze abs properly during crunches. Lol. Sounds stupid but best ab workouts I ever had. Forgot where I read that but advice was that most people don't know how to tighten the abs enough during crunches so get someone to keep punching u in stomach. Lol

I hear ya man, ive been stuck with an endo body since i can remember, even 4 years of high school football never got rid of the belly.

dont let the look surprise you though, the lifts are good, just hard to get the fat off.

BJJ, I haven't read all of DET's posts but I have yet to see one that said, "CYCLE THAT GOT ME JACKED" or anything like that.

His posts are about how to run cycle's safely and more importantly how to get off of them and still be able to get a woody and perhaps shoot a load naturally again after off cycle.

As we all know. You can diet right, train your balls off, use all the gear in the world but a lot of it comes down to genetics. You either got it or you don't. at 6'3 and 245lbs or whatever Det said he was, he is looking good. I am sure when he walks into a room, people know he walked into a room.

Genetics are not my friend....

Det, you are looking good... Keep it up and keep giving us advice so our balls don't shrink. LOL
 
keep it up det, get yo vegas on!! how's the cycle goin? that's an interesting combo. too much for me at this point but something down the line.

love the cycle,ive ran test/tren/masteron before and loved it, so i ran it again and some var fell in my lap so i had to give it a go. I agree its a lil much for a cut, but when your on TRT you dont have to worry as much.

I can't wait to get my vegas on!!!!!

Yeah I have friends like that too. I just call them all asshole. LOL. I even drive by a BK and I gain 3 pounds.
 
Looks like you are making some good progress brotha. Keep it up and I wish I was going with you. Your a big guy so cut all you need to then build the weight back slowly while staying fairly lean.

hell yea he is. and yea, thats what im gonna do. try doing it slowly this time.
 
anyone ever try like

week 1 low reps, eat big

week 2 medium reps, lower carbs.

week 3 low reps, eat big

week 4 high rep, low cal???

just curious, i saw a video on something like that a while back, where a former pro was training a young guy with a routine similar to that.
 
yea it does pay off, but seriously man, its tough. I get used to the portion and i stay hungry, have more energy though.

Ive made progress since those pics too. think those were like 10 days ago

i honestly never tried cutting much before. ive lowered carbs and got rid of water and stuff, but just focused on getting stronger the first 3.5 years. i was up to 265 and i wasnt super fat or anything, just bloated.

But I see that you're under 3j's care so you're in good hands. Have fun in Vegas, man.

Btw, hit the village seafood buffet at the Rio. There is so much good food there. But be prepare to stand in line for almost a couple of hours. :)
