5x5 and TRAPS

Just started using the 5x5 program for bench and squatt. Was wondering if I should start doing 5x5 on my shrugs too?? I usually do anywhere from 3-6 sets for shrugs. My traps arent small, but they're not huge either. Would 5x5 be over kill or think itd spure some new growth??

deadlift does the job...
actually, it seems alright..but never tried it since I got enough trap workout from heavy deads...tell me if it works...:)

i feel as though higher reps bring out my traps more, kind of like calves and abdominals... if your gonna go for the low reps, u should make sure you get a decent pause at the top of the motion
