6 Month Labs (T + Sermorelin)

Here's what my labs look at 6 months in, I started sermorelin only 2 months ago so not expecting much from that yet, so did not do IGF-1 and related markers.

I'm on 160mg test cyp (80 E3.5D) and 300iu hCG 48 hours before my T. Serm every night before bed 300iu.

Does anything look off? Anything I need to pay attention too? I believe I'm still iron deficient for sure, other than that a1c kinda bothers me, should it?

Forgot to mention, this was taken 1 day before my next injection.

The labs before this I did it 24hr after my injection and both T and Free T were off the charts (over 1500, over 50). Interesting to see it comes down so much in such a short period of time.

I agree. Estradiol is way too low. How are the joints feeling? Fatigued?

Everything else looks good. Your glucose was fine, but the A1c is at the top of the normal range. You could try changing your diet to improve glucose levels if it worries you. Do you have a risk of diabetes in your family history?

Oh forgot, yes I take anastrozole, 0.5mg every 10 days (it really seems to pack a punch for me).

My E was down at 7 at first, so I stopped doing 1mg and started doing 0.5mg every 10 days.

@7 my joints hurt, currently they actually feel fine. I am fatigued a lot but I blamed that on iron deficiency actually.

I don't believe diabetes is in my fam history, but I do not know much about my family's health history. My diet is very clean, barely any sugars (or refined carbs at all). That's why it surprises me.

I wouldn't have suggested it if I didn't think it was worth trying. :-)

It all depends on how severe your E2 problem is.

Im almost on the same exact protocol as you. I do 90mg cyp e4d, which comes out to 160mg/week. I also take 320iu hcG the day before each cyp injection, I take 300iu sermorelin acetate each night before bed. I also take anastrazole, however I only take .25mg e8d. I also have a low ferritin as well. My ferritin was at 13 wben I got it tested. My doc recommended taking iron about 4 months ago, and now my level is around 25. My t levels go from around 1200 24hours after injection to about 690 the day of my next scheduled inject.

Ask your doctor about iron supplementation. A leading doctor in the field of trt, Dr Marriano, believes that a man's ferritin levels should be well over 100. I believe low ferritin is the reason I feel fatigued and sluggish alot. I will continue to take my iron pills until my ferritin goes up well within the normal range.

Interesting you're on almost the exact same protocol, how long have you been taking the sermorelin? I haven't seen any effects really, but not sure I should yet.

I've been injecting methylcobalmin along with hCG hoping to boost my iron that way, but it doesn't seem to really work.
