Ran my first cycle that ended in august. I ran test e and tbol for around 10 weeks (stopped it early). Just recently got blood work because i recently noticed my right nipple was sore and had a small lump forming. Also ive gotten some bacne and have had some pretty shitty anxiety issues lately. These arey results:

Total test: 1219 (how the fuck is it this high? Range 250-1100)
Free test: 209 (Range 35-155)
Estrogen: 157 (Range 130 or less)
LH:4.6
FSH: 2.5
prolactin:4.5

My LH, FSH, and prolactin all looked good and my hpta is no longer suppressed.

My doctor, who also happens to be a friend of mine put me on 2.5 mg of letro EOD. For the first two weeks my sides started dissapating but now theyre starting to get worse again. what do you guys think about these results? Also i havnt really worked out since the end of my pct. ..

Testicular cancer? Some kind of tumor maybe. Since prolactin is normal, it might not be pituitary. Adrenal and testicular tumors can secret a lot of testosterone. You should probably a see a good doctor. How old are you?

I'm 22, turning 23 in 2 months. Iv'e been seeing an endo. He kept asking me if i was currently taking anything because of my levels. he said hes never seen someone not on test have such high total test. Im going back for more bloodwork on feb 20th.

Also all my blood related levels were really fucked up. But i also have Thalassemia Minor so thats probably why

WBC: 7.3 (3.9-10.8)
RBC: 6.15 (4.2-5.8)
Hemoglobin: 12.9 (13.2-17.1)
hematocrit: 42.1 (38.5-50.0%)
MCV: 68.5 (80-100)
MCH: 21 (27-44)
MCHC 30.6 (32-36)
RDW 16 (11.0-15%)

platelets mpv, neutrophils lymphocytes monocytles etc are all in range.

Yeah, get bloods again. I don't see why you would wait so long. Unless you blasted disgusting amounts of nebido, i don't understand how this isn't a testosterone secreting tumour. You will probably needs MRI's or CAT scans of your body. Eh even then, being the longest ester it still can't be in your blood after so long. Somethings up. That would be an awesome natural test level to have, and if it is, more power to you. Just make sure it's not something else. Some pct drugs can be carcinogenic in nature, and AAS upregulates IGF-1 activity in the body. IGF-1 not only makes your muscles grow, it also increases tumor/cancer growth. Do you have pre-cycle blood work?

How long after your last pin of Test E did you start your PCT? Your Estro is pretty high I would find yourself a good Doc asap. What brand of PCT products did you use?

I did everything to protocol, I believe 7 days? I did my research and i made sure everything was on point. I used RUI's products.

Jesus, lets hope its not a tumor........ No i didn't have pre cycle bloods done, i know i should of but i was lazy... lesson learned. Also, if it was a tumor, wouldnt there be indicative symptoms in platelet levels etc?

WTF I can bet that is part of the problem, I always advise people to wait a minimum of 3 weeks before starting PCT...

So you haven't taken ANY compounds, pct, drugs for 6 months? Correct?

No anabolic related drugs or supplements. A few narcotics though. Mainly Adderal, cocaine and xanax. I just called up my doc and hes said he'll write me a script for an MRI/catscan but he doesn't think it's a tumor. He said after i finish my months supply of letro and get more blood work to compare too he'll have a little more insight.

Before you took steroids, do you think you had high testosterone levels?

It's hard to really say, since I never really new what high test levels felt like. But I've always had a high propensity to put on muscle mass quickly so i would say they were probably relatively high

Good libido? acne maybe? Athletic? Does your family have good testosterone genetics? Broad forehead, cheekbones, jaw shit like that?

Yea ive always been athletic, good libidio and i also had pretty bad acne when i was 19-20 yrs old and i went on accutane. Lately though my libido is low, acne on the shoulders exclusively (cystic), a little bit of gyno forming under right nipple (its actually pretty sore to the touch at the moment) and have been very physically inactive (with the exception of regular sex, lol). Also been having some pretty shitty anxiety and depression issues. is 157 estrogen high enough to give such side effects? And yea my family seems to have good test genes. My brother whose only 18 is a beast, weighing around 230 6'1 with relatively low body fat %. We both have broad shoulders and jaws. My Dad also had a good build, he was an Army captain serving with Delta Force.

Yeah, so maybe it's your natural testosterone levels. Yours are still "normal". They are in the upper range. The high estrogen is a side effect, it's one the reasons why teenagers can be so "moody", and a major cause of the acne. Once you make sure these are your natural levels, try some stuff to control your estrogen levels. That will help with your acne, anxiety, gyno etc. You can try the pharmaceutical route with an AI, or some OTC/homeopathic shit like Zinc, DIM, etc. Your choice really. 1000+ ng/dl is the upper range of testosterone but it's still normal, especially for your age. The only unusual part (awesome) is that they are so high after a steroid cycle. Meaning you recovered so well, and that's a good thing. As long as these are your normal levels. So the only two problems you have to tackle right now are 1. Make sure this is your normal testosterone and not some kind of tumour, remember these levels ARE normal for your age, just more rare. 2.Get the estrogen under control, it's pretty high right now.

Thanks for all the input, Ill make sure to do just that.
