6 month transformation w/ Testosterone

Nice work mate..!
You've obviously worked hard and earned that trophy to carry round with you.

Due to you already using around 280mg test each week as part of you testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I would suggest around 750mg ew for your full cycle as I don't think the 500mg will be a significant enough jump to feel like a proper cycle since your already on almost 300mg.

Best of luck on cycle and some more progress pics would great after a full cycle.

Keep it up.!

200 mgs every 5 days? that's a pretty hefty HRT. That's almost 300 mg's per week.

Well it started at 200 mg every 7 days, ie a week. But by day 6 and 7 energy levels, libido were down.. So they switched it to every 5th day to keep levels more consistent. No more "ups" and "downs" with the every 5th day protocol compared to just once a week.

wow dude, you sure put on the size from just doing 200 mg, keep it up , what type Diet are you running right now?

280 a week is more than a normal testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose , the upjohn/ prescription bottle i saw listed up tpo 200 mg a week so 280 is barely over than and its a way light cycle.

That's way more than enough T just to bring guys back up to normal levels though. The average guy only produces about 70 mgs of test per week, so it's hard to imagine being prescribed 4 times the natty dose as a means of simply bringing T levels back within range. Makes me want to go on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) :D

Wow, great gains for 6 months. Did you watch your diet as well? How much mass did you put on?

I went from 147lbs to 176 lbs.. Up nearly 30 lbs, some water weight I'm sure, but minimal fat.

Diet looks like this
Meal 1 am: protein shake 2 eggs boiled
Meal 2 am: 5 eggs scrambled, bowl oatmeal
Meal 3 pm: 2 cans tuna, salad/veggies, brown rice
Meal 4 pm: high protein granola bar, peanut butter, egg white
Workout
Meal 5 pm: protein shake, toast, egg white
Meal 6 pm: dinner ( whatever wife cooks... Steak, chicken, rice in a meal)
Cottage cheese just before bed

good work bud, but yeah, your dose is almost 3x a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose, although I have seen scripts for 250/week in some guys
I'd hardly call 280mg 3x a normal testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose. Most end up finding balance at 200mg/wk from what I've seen. It's the small, skinny guys in my experience that are able to reach optimal levels on 100mg or less a week.

You can't really compare endogenous test with exogenous concentrations. There is a HUGE difference between the concentration of testosterone in a vial and that found in the blood. The amount of exogenous test needed to bring one man up to optimal levels (not that 300-450ng/dL shit that some docs are comfortable with) is not the same for every man. I personally require 250mg/wk to bring my levels up to 800ng/dL while some guys need less. While men do make between 5-10mg of test naturally a day, that doesn't mean their blood-serum levels will automatically be at some set number based on how much endogenous test is manufactured. Just like if you compare two guys cycling with 500mg/wk of test, you can almost guarantee they will have different blood-serum concentrations as well.

the dose that puts me square in the middle of normal range is 150 mg per week and thats been tested numerous times by my doctor . i know of guys who actually stay well in the normal range useing 200 mg a week , everyone is different.

Thanks for all the congrats guys,, definitely motivating.

I was going to be going in to get my blood work done, and to get my igf 1 levels check to see if I qualify for HGH treatment.. Is the HGH even worth considering, or just stick with testosterone only right now?
I was told that HGH along with the testosterone will yield better results together then either hormone by themselves
??

That's actually very interesting. Does anyone know why exogenous testosterone is different than endogenous testosterone? I figure that 100 mgs of test is 100 mgs of test whether it comes from a bottle or from your nuts. I wonder where the extra test is going
