6 Week Program For A No Hoper

I am a 26 year old guy, I'm 6' 1 and weigh 225Lbs with 29% bodyfat.

I used to be ok, but since just before last christmas I have kinda hit the junk food hard and although i walk quite alot each day, its really the only exercise I have done in a while.

So why have I come to you guys, when ur all in very good shape and I'm currently looking like a no hoper lol, well who better to ask hey?

Anyway here is my dilemma, I have a beach holiday in 6 weeks time and I know it's not enough time to move mountains, but I'm guessing that any little improvement, is an Improvement. I do plan to continue the training and eating healthy when i get back from my trip, then i'll start a proper body building training routine, but for now i'm looking for a quick (drug free) fix.

What should I do? come on help me turn this around, I used to be quite an active guy and loved workouts and cardio work.

I've started a high protein, low carbs and fat diet, but whats the best way to shape up a touch in just 6 weeks? I'm guessing I should forget growing for now and just hit the fat burning I was thinking of an hour on the step machine in the morning and an hour running at night, both with a 21lbs pack on my back, but what else can I do?

Please help me guys, and thx to those who try.

going high protein and almost no carbs will put your body into keotosis and this will start burning the fat very quickly...not the healthiest thing to do but it will work pretty quick. that and only drinking water and try to avoid carbonated drinks (even diet pop). all of this combined with about an hour of cardio per day on an empty stomach will get you quite a ways in 6 weeks. again, not the healthiest thing to do but it does work.

At the moment I been eating 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk for breakfast,
2 chicken breasts for lunch and 3 chicken breasts for dinner with maybe a lil veg if i feel like it.

lol if i am tempted to snack its been sliced turkey breast.

That sound ok to you, for what I want?

if I have been getting hungry still i just down water until i feel full, good or bad idea?

Morning cardio session on an empty stomach.
Evening cardio session before you eat dinner.
Yes, that's 2x/day but you're looking for quick results correct?

Do you think that a hour on a step machine with 21lbs on my back and curling dumbells for the whole duration, then a 1 hour run with 28lbs on my back is enough cardio?

I wanna do has much as i can, but taking into account that this is everday and my carbs (energy) is very low.

dude 6 weeks is not a long enough time to correctly shave off that much BF.. you didnt get that fat in 6 weeks so you're not gonna lose it in seix weeks... Deplating yourself of calories will not only make you lose uscle but it will make your thyroid so slow you'll have a real hard time losoing fat too... PLease do this the right way

Every few days have a higher calorie day to keep your metabolism in high gear. Don't go nuts here, it's not a day to gorge yourself just eat like a normal day but maybe eat just a little bigger portion at each meal that day.

Yes, that would get the job done.
