8 weeks and no gains or sides

Hi guys,

New to posting on here, always used it as my bible for info.

Me, 44, 98kg, trained for the last 30 years plus.

Previous cycle, last yr 6 weeks of Tbol at 80mgs per, strength increased and muscles hardened. I am currently on week 8 of 500 mgs tes e 250 x 2 per week. I am also taking 20mgs of proviron per day from day 1. I haven't experienced any sides and more importantly any gains that I wouldn't get from a decent protein and creating intake.

I have read posts, where people haven't had the kick in until weeks 6 - 8, I came back home last night after 8 weeks away working jumped on the scales, 2 lb difference. And no change in my libido as I am always horny.

Apart from cxxp gear, can any give another explanation, plus should I do the pct !!!! As you can imagine I am somewhat deflated, aching after some gruelling sessions. Having a week or 2 off before hitting the gym hard again for 12 weeks . All advice, direction welcome, including having a 1 way conversation with my sourse

+1 on the blood work. To add to that, are you increasing your food intake. Also maybe start looking into the source you got everything from(reviews etc...) might be bunk

Hi guys, thanks for your reply's, food intake minimum 3500 plus, regarding bloods is that through my gp or do I have options. Last stat, 5"7

It's very possible its your diet and or training. You need to increase cals as the cycle goes on. Some people take longer to make gains but there is no kick in, all esters of all AAS, should begin to elevate serum levels in 48-72 hours. With TE, it should begin to elevate serum T in roughly 48 hours, that's not to say enough to be useful to build muscle, that can take from 2-5 weeks but I always recommend heavy low rep training with high intensity if trying to add size, but that means you need to feed the muscle with calories, protiens, carbs, fats, bcaa's, eaa.

Lab work will let you know if it's the test or you.

And don't do an oral only cycle. It's not worth it. Tbol and all AAS shut down HPTA, which means no test producing. Tbol is not that great that it's worth running alone and having no T production, which is why it's good to add T to replace it.

It's also possible you have bunk T. Labs will let you know and help you decide if post cycle therapy (pct) is needed.

If you go to your GP and your testosterone levels come back at 1,500+ your GP is going to know what's up. Like CFM said privateMDlabs.com

If your GP knows, does it matter? What will happen? Im not being sarcastic, just asking an honest question.

Just a thought here but isn't that too little calories for your body? I am at around 73kgs now and I consume that much and increase calories almost every week with 3J. Fair enought I know everyones body is different but the bigger the machine the more fuel it needs.

Bloods will definately tell you if your test is up with the gear, my thoughts here would be bunk gear maybe or too little food intake but just my thoughts.

Good luck man

Seems you guys up in the states have it difficult with your GP's because of certain things in your country like certain medical claims and things like that and it causes implications for you when they know you are on AAS.

My GP up here is a female and she knows excatly wjhat I am doing, she even monitors me while on cycle. I think we have it allot easier up here.

Sorry if this is off the topic here Sandmonkey

not to sound like a dick but after that many weeks of naturally lifting if you're eating right you should have made gains. 5lbs every other week on most lifts.

So.... that leads me to believe its diet related or something else. Are you injured and working out improperly becasue of it? some people dont even realise they're working out improperly or with less weight because of an injury. It can all be subconsious.

Hi, training sessions vary between 5 - 12 reps and 3 - 5 sets, the 3500 calories is worse case. Averaging 4500. Always train hard as well as listening to my body if additional rest days are needed or more calories if it's been a hard day at work. My training partners have been on SD matrix and put on an average of 20lb in 7 weeks. So until I can get the bloods done I won't be any the wiser, it's just a bit demoralising coming home and no change. Any one had any experience gettings bloods done in the uk. Thanks again guys

blood work is a definite requirement man. I would personally chat with your source, but might be worth checking in with 3j on the diet forum, or someone you might know who is knowledgeable on diet aspects.
just my 2cnts.

just a quick observation, but you mention 3500 calories worse case scenario, but 4500 typically. man that's a thousand calories difference, which is a huge factor when cycling especially, or any other time for that matter.

just my 2cnts.
