9pm hunger

For the past couple of days I've been getting super hungry around 9pm.

I eat a ton throughout the day but I'm hardly ever hungry.

My last normal meal is steak tips and veggies at 730. The hunger I get at 9 is debilitating. I get shaky light headed and weak. Like I haven't eaten all day.

I'm around 8 wks in on a test tren cycle.

then eat!!!! just eat clean at night for sure i eat all night actually(probly my downfall u could say) but thats just how i am it dont bother me to eat at night cuz im a night owl but my last meal is usually like 11 0r 12 at night so i think u will be ok to get an extra meal in. but im no diet expert either. alot of ppl wake up in the middle of the night just to get a protein shake in.

Then eat? Hunger is your body's way of telling you to eat.

You could also be dehydrated. When you're dehydrated, it will feel like you're hungry.

And don't be afraid of eating at night. The whole "carbs after x o'clock" thing is bullshit. Eat some food.

yep all bull^^^^ never done it in my life and im probly like 13% body fat if that... dont worry about im mean of course dont stuff urself full of cake and twinkies!! but ull b just fine the body needs plenty of food to get the body u want!! :naughty:

What time you work out? Me late like 6 or 7 I wake up like 11 hungry as hell I raid the fridge at midnight all the time

big ass shakes..or cottage cheese and yogurt.. or chicken breasts are good midnight snacks if your being clean about it

Thanks for the contributions.

I understand the easy solution is to eat. But I'm never this hungry in the morning or afternoon no matter what I eat or don't eat. But eve ln after streak and greens at 730 I can be so hungry I feel sick.

Eat some cottage cheese or Greek yogurt and have small shake with cassien protein in it right before you go to bed.

Maybe throw some peanuts in with your 7:30 meal.

I usually lift after work (about 6:30) and the next meal I have 9*pm or so) goes right through me and then starving again less than 3 hours later so I feel ya. When I added a little more sodium in the post-workout meal it helped that "shaky" hunger feeling on the next meal.

This happens to me a lot too. I usually have to force my first meal, then my later ones I have to slow down w/... Dieting is a lot like training, you need to listen to your body and give it what it is asking for in relation to your goals... In time you'll get a good feel on this, but a good rule of thumb is when hungry - EAT:)
