A new PR

i pull the sled for 30+ min.

I do hard pulling for maybe 15-20 min.

"Hard" pulling includes bear crawls, waist pulls, hand pulls, backward pulling.

I also spend time doing some shoulder work for rehab purposes and some ankle strap walking (front/back/side to side).

I use to be pretty fast and in good cardiovascular shape however on my present cycle I get painful cramping in my calves at about half a mile and my quads and the lower back pain is untolerable. Its gotta be this damn dbol.

where do u pull tho living in the city?

a park
an empty parking lot/structure
a high school (football field, baseball diamond, track, soccer field)
a well lit alley? :|

I was like this on my very first cycle, I was on the treadmill next to a 42 year old guy (who was relatively thin) and he was noticing that I was sweating profusely and becoming a bit winded from just fucking walking. I was sweating all the time, just walking up stairs, not cool.

I eventually got to a point where I could comfortably job 2 miles in 14 minutes flat, which is decent, certainly compared to the average fatass who doesn't want to park more than half a block away.

I think some level of cardio health is important, not just for generality - but for your liver which controls many hormonal functions in the body. Even if you just WALK, and dont push yourself, but do so regularly - you are doing all right.
