AAS Bulking diet

Hi,

I am going to be running a test e/dbol cycle and am trying to fine tune my diet be4 i start. I am coming of a cut cycle and am down to 165 lbs.

My BMR is 1730 and TDEE is 2681.

How much should I aim to increase my TDEE in order to reap maximum gains off my first aas cycle...don't want to get too sloppy either, lookng more for lbm.

wat do u think as far as macro split of
p/c/f- 30%/40%/30%

any and all input appreciated.

what formula did you use to get your bmr? what activity factor did u multiply with to get your tdee??

whats your workout reg look like?? whats your training history?? are you planning any cardio? if so how long? what intensity? get specific buddy
 
i am 27, 5'9 and 165lbs, approx 9% bf. I am coming off a pretty extreme cut, where i was eating well below maintance, probably not the smartest thing to do, but i wanted to expediate results to meet a deadline i had.

I will not be doing cardio during the cycle. I want to put on clean weight, so i don't want to skyrocket the cal intake.

how about your activity multiplier... whats your workout reg look like??

what do you do for a living? is it seditary?? are you sitting at a desk?? do you move things?? etc..
 
i'm at a desk most of the day, i used moderate lifestyle for the multipler. Besides weight training 5-6 times a week, i will not have much other strenous activity as i will not be doing any cardio during the cycle.
 
multiply by 1.5 5-6 times a week is a workout buddy

personally for a bulk i think a 40/40/20 works better.. if your gonna go your way, id do 40 protien 30 carbs and 30 fats...

on the 40/40/20 your macros will look something like this
300g protien
300g carbs
66g fats

on the 40/30/30

300g protien
225g carbs
100g fats
