Thanks for gettin back supergirl. I use Extend BCAA Powder from scivation. Great stuff just pricey. The breakdown is exactly what you said above with the 3 essentials. However it also has glutamine in it as well just not sure off the top of my head the exact amount. Basically 2 scoops of the powder is 10 grams and a 150lb person is recommended 20 grams. So you drink it before and after. Me personally notice amazing results mega dosing BCAA powder. I drink 15 grams before, 15 grams during W/O, then 15 grams after. Then again I weigh 270lbs. I never thought this supplement would help so much but a lot of the Vets on the board and a local powerlifting friend of mine swore by it. They were right it helps a lot. I have asked the ? before if there can be any bad efects on the kidneys or liver, stomach etc..... Mega Dosing the Powder but no one can really answer that ? here. Mostly all say no problems.
I was just curiuos if you ladies here who are dedicated in the sport are like the men and supplement BCAA it sounds like a negative? I will say this after two weeks with her at 20 grams of powder per W/O days she seems to be filling out nicer. She needs size for 35 yrs. old her BF% is amazing just tested in the army at 11% somehow. She needs upper body size I got her doing clean and presses and a lot of chest work. I think Im gonna try an get some pics up of her and get her to join the board. She loves anavar and responded amazing to it. I love the muscle chics sorry to make this such a long post, LOL!
