? about Bowflex for my Dad?

Dlove

Product of Test
My dad is in desperate need of some exercise but i really cant see him using free weights and i was wondering if any of you know anything about how well the bow flex would work for a 65 yr. old man? someone has one for sale around the corner for $400.00 bucks barely used and they usually sell for $1,200.00

It all depend on if your dads deffo gonna use it if not then you'd js be wastin $400 but if he really wants to get into shape then i dont see why not but he'd probs be better off going for a jog. IMO

i could suggest different weights of punching bags, a dumbbell set, bench, a power rack, bands, plates, and that's it. be resourceful and use the place/things around ur place.

Bro I spent 1400 hundred on a bowflex last year for my wife I don't use it myself but i have tryed it a fuew times and I think it;s a good thing for an older person or anyone who wants to get or stay tone. Now don't get me wrong for a young guy on juice of cource it wouldent work very well as far as getting big but it will Absolutely get your dad toned up and it will get his hart pumping if he wants it to. It's nice and easy to use also.I say get it and for 400 to thats a good deal.

I used to sell them at sears. It can give you a workout. But its all up to him using it. Not a power machine by any means but it can whip him into shape if he puts some time in.
